Go for it - two great choices

At least you've chosen two great watches to stick with.
It'll be good to see how your views on them develop over the year.
While I haven't restricted myself to just wearing two watches for a year, I have worn my Urushi every day since it arrived ( I usually wear 2 watches at once which makes it easier).
It's good to enjoy a watch over a longer period.

It's going to be a Seiko-only 2019.
The challenge for me is that I only wear these two Seiko pieces for next year... and if Seiko releases a re-creation of the 6105, then that piece too. I'm packing my Rolex and Patek pieces for long-term storage. Hopefully this is something I live with! SL...
I have the same watches and really like them
Especially the SBEX007/SLA025 which is probably my favorite diver from Seiko. Good luck, but I couldn't deprive myself the enjoyment of wearing my other watches. All in moderation, even watches.
That’s one tough challenge
I made it through 42 days with one watch and that was tough, still, the appreciation grows tremendously on the long term wear cycles. Very solid choices for one year, and this Seiko is one of the best looking dive watches around today.
This is an interesting challenge..
To balance this out I will pack all my Seikos up and only wear Rolex and Patek next year.
That will be a challenge.
Watch diet. Too many nice pieces to choose from. We will be there to support you if you fall off the wagon. You can have a few cheat days in the spirit of good maintenance of your other watches.

I can't even imagine myself wearing the same two watch for a whole month!
I would say very tough,even with those two watches.
