Good show! I must admit I've had my doubts about the size of the power reserve. Ad photos and artist representations of watches leave much to be desired.
But your photo shows this to be a far more attractive watch than I'd imagined. It looks great on your wrist, and you needn't apologize for not spending $5K on a Grand Seiko. The watch you selected is a great bargain, and will possibly (depending on your luck with the specific movement in your watch) keep time just as accurately.
It has always seemed to me that any manufacturer that would switch to "real, live" photos of it's products would sell a ton more of them. But then I can hear corporate complaining that prospective buyers would then be associating their timepieces with specific wrist/arm/clothing types and often not giving them serious consideration because of that. So… We'll have to put up with this, I'm afraid. Meanwhile...
