I just received this notice of a new Seiko Presage with hand-made enamel dial on a 40.5 mm watch, auto movement with date, 1500 copies at 1150 euro on strap with deployant buckle. What else can I say but I want one! Cazalea This winter, a new Presage crea...  

I like the entire look of the watch , and that enamle dail is👌🏻😘

How they manage these fired enamel dials at this price point, I don't know. No other brand seems to be able to do it.

Is Seiko the new benchmark for Swiss brands? I think so. Best wishes Alkiro

Specially in white, I do not know how to appreciate them “yet”.. I briefly own a Breguet enamel white dial. I sold it within a few weeks. 😅

Could it have been this one that you owned? A few years ago, I looked at it closely and despite being attracted, a friend said "You will get bored and flip it" so I didn't buy it. But the Seiko dials are different. Cheers, Cazalea ...  

Great shade of blue too. Rather like that it's quite restrained. Definitely worth going to have a look at - though as I've found recently that can be dangerous! Cheers JML Ps - if it's anything like my Urushi dialed one you won't be able to take it off yo...

A blue(!!!) enamel for such price. It is a beautiful watch and seems to be an incredible value.

I'm just hoping that the size will work out on my small wrist.

this price is pretty steep for a timepiece with the 6R15 movement. I have the experience the 6R15 movements are not regulated that great. My Seiko Sumo, Seiko Sarb and Seiko Sdgm were not accurate at all. But, ... i like the esthetics of this timepiece ve... 

You are right to bring it up but we don't know how this one is going to be set up. Perhaps for the price it also gets closer attention than other models. Cheers, Cazalea (fingers crossed)

So that makes at least 6-7 here. The boutique manager in NYC said news somehow leaked out and they got calls even before the press release was released. So hop to it if you want one. Cheers, Cazalea

Interesting that the boutique are taking orders. According to Hodinkee they have exclusivity (150 pieces) for the US.

“This watch is a limited edition of 1,500 pieces, with 150 of them available exclusively here in the HODINKEE Shop.” It sounds like 10% to H, leaving “1350 available exclusively through various Seiko Authorized Dealers.”

1350 for the rest of the world quite possibly. They make it very clear that they have exclusivity in the US - "The Presage Blue Enamel Limited Edition is limited to just 1,500 pieces. HODINKEE is the exclusive U.S. retailer for the launch of this special ... 

“It is offered as a limited edition of 1,500 and will be available in December at Seiko’s elite retail partners in selected markets and worldwide in early 2018.” Yes, I believe “launch” is the key word. So perhaps first batch to H and other “elite retail ...

pieces will not be delivered to boutiques without being pre-sold. and i hear that Hodinkee ordered pieces have already been shipped/delivered. One wonders why Hodinkee was given priority...
