Just google seikomod and watch some videos. Places like DLW or namoki are a good starting point. Start with a SKX007 and do some alterations you like - eg chaning bezel, crown or case is pretty straight forward. Hands, Chapter and crystal are probanl not for round 1.
Never go cheap on tools.
Most iportant - have fun and get creative.
