Really good question
To be honest i bought it 4 years ago because i had no money to buy the GS first. I had the first in my hands since.. and I really prefer the Lord Marvel. The movement is so reliable, I've never had a problem with this watch. Also the dials on the First tend to deteriorate and the gold plating as well.
