I must admit that i was realy suprised about the watch . It looks great , the quality is great , the dail is beautiful and love it on the wrist . I had no issue with the deployant . Overall a beautiful watch ๐๐ป
My experience with Grand Seiko deployants has been that they work much better with non-GS straps - i.e. is much more comfortable that way. Otherwise a spectacular watch
One of our fellow purists here has already swapped out his strap...Iโm thinking of going down that path too and now youโre making me think I need to speed that up
Custom straps do not need to fit such a wide range of wrist sizes as standard GS ones, so the deployant sits more correctly, making it more comfortable ๐๐ป
I found my ttg 1958 and my GS AD (AZ Fine Time), a GS dealer and the only one in AZ for years, was sadly removed by GS from its AD status in Seiko's rebranding/upscaling... So it became a no-go. How big does it wear at 40.5mm and over 13mm thick?
