Seiko relaunched the Seiko 5 Sports collection towards the end of last year, with a multitude of options. I was stuck at home due to the pandemic, the weather was getting hotter, and I was wearing my good old SKX009 a lot. I then came across the new SRPD7...

What does the red square signify in the day window?

... one of the Seiko quirks. There's a regular display option (Mon,Tue etc), and another one with roman numerals (I, II etc), where Sat is a blue VI, and Sunday is a red square.
