Which Seiko tuna should I buy?
So I was hoping the Seiko community would help me make a choice here.
I will be buying from seiyajapan but am having the hardest time making the correct choice. Do I go quartz, automatic or spring drive? Do I get the ceramic, pvd or stainless steel? My main concerns when buying any watch are reliability and serviceability. From your experience which one is the winner and the go to here?

Size wise there is a big difference between the 300 vs 1000? I have a Rolex deep sea dweller that I wear a lot. How does the 1000m compare height wise?
1000m is about 52mmx17mm, automatic ones is a bit larger than quartz ones.
300m's about 48mmx15mm. If you are comfortable with Deep Sea, than weight is not a problem with either one. Besides, 300m has an compatible OEM bracelet, and 1000m only a nice silicon strap. 300m is a better desk diver.
