TAG Heuer

Okay, so I admit it, I’m a sucker for a black watch. So when TAG Heuer announced their new 41mm “Black Phantom,” I couldn’t help but take notice. At a time when the new Carreras are commanding the spotlight, I was curious to see how TAG Heuer would contin...

I think I like the sand coloured version a little more... but the all black is a great piece and one that you wouldn't get bored of so quickly I guess. Great pics too Todd! Thanks for sharing with us, Andrew

Thanks Todd. Of course, as Editor, I had a sneak preview of the report but it reads better in full screen Technicolor I tried to find the Carreras Phantom Chronograph but not available at my nearest TAG Heuer shop (1 hour's drive). I got this instead...al...  

Also, the Chrono Black Phantom is 43mm. Fortunately, I think these two pieces occupy different spaces. The smaller size and simplicity of the 41mm makes it clean and elegant. The 43mm chrono is a little more of a beast. Rather than choosing either or, TAG... 

I'm not a phantom guy... but this style works pretty well with this watch. I think it is due to the geometric lines of the bezel. Thanks! Fx

Any idea what the case weighs? Also any idea of lug width? I am quite impressed overall with this piece I must say!
