It’s all about the different dials ...
There are considered to be 5 main dial configurations...
Classic 3H/T - This has a red 3H-symbol that appears just below the dial center, and a tiny “T” that appears just above “6”
3H-only - A red 3H-symbol that appears just below the center.
T-only - Look for a tiny “T” that appears just above “6”.
Clean - No markings beyond the “Heuer” logo.
Sternzeit - Text with STERNZEIT REGULIERT markings just below the dial center.
As ever is all about the detail and some dials like the Sternzert are just rare so are priced accordingly.

Calling vintage Heuer experts ...I like the look of the Heuer Bundeswehr Chronograph vintage
And when is start searching them on Chrono24 I see a price band of $3000-$14000. Very confusing . Can anyone advise which one would be appropriate piece to get interms of value and value retention. Did they ever make a remake modern version of it ?

I owned one several years ago, it was a quite enjoyable piece. But as you may have guessed, there was a batch of "unofficial" reissues around the 80s I believe with old stock parts. The movement is a nice column wheel chrono. Not sure which ebauche it is ...
