If you're stuck in a hotel directly on the strip, then decent dim sum can be had at Dragon Noodle Company inside the Monte Carlo click here for the review in WFED forum and Lemongrass at Aria.
If you want to find out what a $9 order of har gow shrimp dumplings taste like: click here and get ripped off at Wazazu at Encore. Or worse was the $10 har gow at the Noodle Shop in Mandalay Bay.
