A report from Vienna.
My conference wrapped up last evening with a gala-auction-dinner. I had more time to explore today, and I have really enjoyed myself here. The Annual Vienna Marathon is today — so festive and fun!!
On Friday evening, I did, indeed, attend a Hunting Mass at the Cathedral. It was ecumenical with the participation of a Protestant pastor and the liturgy was in German. The homily focused on creation and stewardship of nature.
After the Mass we attended a reception at the Lichtenstein Palace where we were able to view the private art collection.
