Everyone tells me that Aston Martins break down easily and u'll have to spend tons of money to fix them since they get problems all the time. Is this true? Have you guys had problems with yours? - Anthony

That was the story you heard all the time about Jaguars. I have owned many since 1996 and never had any problems. As far as Astons are concerned you will find exactly the same thing. Never a problem whatsoever. Granted an oil change costs an arm and a leg...

The NAV system didn't work right (and even when it does, it sucks), the CD changer died twice, the rear speakers blew without really even using them, and the crystal start button fell into the dash. I consider all to be fairly minor and all were fixed pro... 

If you want to take it that far. I had a blemish or a little indentation barely noticeable on my passenger door panel. The replaced the whole thing with new fresh red comely leather. It them a couple of months build the panel. It didn't bother me but it d... 

BUT they were issues which forced me to bring the car in and leave it for multiple days while parts were sourced.

You gotta think quartz here. We are talking about one hell of a mechanical machine (watch) here with some serious complications. But I get your point.

certainly nothing that would keep me from buying an Aston again. BUT, from the point of view of my time, a trip to the dealership is a trip to the dealership. Doesn't matter if it's a cd changer or a major electrical failure.

just got the driver/passenger windows tinted to match the back windows. i'll take a picture once I get it washed and we have a sunny day.

Within the EU, it is not permitted to use tinted windows in the first row, which makes the cars look a bit weird, IMHO. Regards, Marcus

I did use it as a daily driver for a couple of years (I didn't have too far to travel to the office) - it was really quite fun....
