ah, yes...

 

I stayed there when we last met, Nicolas, and my good friend Sandrine (who lives there as well) introduced me to the best Crepes (and especially Galettes) I have ever had the pleasure  of eating. The Galettes are made with stone ground buckwheat flour, and were memorable. The place is called Creperie Broceliande .
