Unless you eat way too much? Takes so much more to arrive at the same caloric load typical American food is - and we deal with it every day, gym and all.

Never can get rid of it since. Well at least I can correct my behavior of midnight meal/snack and excessive drinking. That helps. Ruckdee

Middle Eastern food I tzak Hagadol Grill in Encino, California. Sorry about the bad cellphone pics but the food is really really good! 10 salad sampler: Hummus with mushrooms, red cabbage, tabouli, Isreali salad..... Potatoes, egg salad, avocado salad.......

The foie gras terrine looks really good. -MW

... and nicely balanced. The terrine was slightly heavy (what did you expect, Andrew!) but rich and creamy and the coq au vin was unctious, complex and the vegetables/mushrooms were perfectly cooked. It was a very good meal....
