I have very ecclectic tastes as you know which makes it even harder, but i think it would have to be another Pink Floyd concept album, Wish you were here. I was going to say 'the final cut', but that is too personal and raw for me to have as my only album... 

My desert Island disk would be a MP3 DVD with a few hundred of my favorite songs. Ok, I know that is totally not in the spirit of the question. All of a sudden the question becomes extremely difficult. So many contenders. A few of the candidates: U2 - Ach...
