marriage is nothing more than an outdated contract nowadays. The 'outdated contract' description comes from Simon Cowell who managed to coin the perfect phrase for it as far as I'm concerned. It simply doesn't hold the meaning it had several decades ago and an increasing number of women are marring purely for financial reasons. There are always good exceptions of course, but that is quite rare in my experience. I'm 26 and have no intention of getting married in the foreseeable future. Perhaps at a later point, but I would feel perfectly good not doing so my entire life. One can live with the person he/she loves without any silly documentation. I am a fully realized individual and I certainly do not need a third party's seal of approval on my romantic relationship. This is all of course my opinion and I am well aware and fine with the fact that a lot of people do not share it. For the end, I'll tell another humorous incident that had happened to a fellow member of the Aston Martin Owners Club when he picked up his brand new One-77 and went for an enthusiastic drive. He was obviously pushing the throttle hard and breaking the speed-limit so when an officer spotted him he gave chase but the gentleman didn't stop immediately, rather kept on driving at a pace for a little while before the officer was able to pull him over. Once the policeman neared the exquisite car he told the driver that he's got ten more minutes until his shift ends and that if he could give him an excuse that he's never heard before he'd let him go immediately. The gentleman turned to him and said that he lost his wife to a police officer several years ago and that when he spotted him in the rear view mirror he thought he was bringing her back
. The officer wished him a nice day and went on his way
.
Cheers,
