I swap between my handgun and AR so I usually change batteries with it off so I haven't noticed this, thanks for letting me know. I am about to order some rechargeable Surefire A123's and see how well they work in the WML's and regular flashlights.

Nice review. I'm a fan of Surefire products too and have the X400U and X300U. I haven't tried the green laser version because I thought the price differential was not worth the brightness gain. The red laser is plenty bright for me even in daylight outdoo...
