MBTI or NOT?
MBTI is supposed to by an innate response test not a competency test thus it shd not change unless something dramatic/traumatic occurs to you. There are other psychometric tests like Gallup strengths Finders or Harrison assessment that does similar things.
Going to be certified in MBTI next week!
