Agreed. It is my understanding the Ebel and UN teamed up to develop the base movement that Ebel modified to a chronograph and
UN modified it for their perpetual calendar movement and not a chronograph.
Well, the original movement base was the Lémania 1340 ...

The watch would probably have a Valjoux 69 and measures about 30 - 32mm without the crown. The dial is not original. I have a Universal chronograph the same as this one.
