I think you might be correct.
I can find no reference to being able to individually adjust the calendar, moon phase, dragon hand and illumination bar - they all move as one. This makes sense since once set they never need to be individually adjusted and it would be a nightmare for the owner to fathom it all out. Perhaps a call to UN to check otherwise I think unfortunately it will need a trip to the factory to rectify.
