My advice...
My advice would be that you get the watch that smiles back at you. I have the Dual Time 42 mm (in silver dial), and love it! If you have tried it on, and like it, go for it!!! From my experience, you won't regret it.
Regarding the money, I can tell you this hobby is not logical (this is luxury), but it's a lot of fun. If you want to wear a good watch, you must get prepared to get rid of some money.

The Dual Time also comes in 40mm...
It might suit you better. It is one of the most user friendly dual time watch. I echo Falcon's advice, you'll have to 'forget' about the price and get the one that sings to you, within what you are prepared to pay of course. Goh...
