This new Freak is an aesthetic departure from previous generations. I don't care for it as much. Still, I applaud the new auto winding system and look forward to learning about its technical merits.
The 1000m Diver, I must admit, I am warming to it. The design is very quirky, which of course, is very UN. I don't understand the inclusion of the date. Not necessary, and unfortunately it appears jammed in.

I don't know about the new Freak... I have to digest them. But I am so used to the Freak, since 2001, that I am biased.
The Marine Tourbillons are top top top. Still, I prefer the 2017 version with its stunning white enamel dial. As for the last picture, Well, it is so Ulysse Nardin! Best, and thanks for the live report, Ken. I know how tough it is to take these pictures. ...

.. but for those who had not been too familiar with the past Freak, this one is very simple and easy to understand. Consider this "new Freak". In fact, it is called "Freak Vision".

I also have a bit mixed feelings, but the Marine Chronometer enamels are truly stunning. The new Freak, would need to see it, but I feel it has lost a bit compared to the original Freak. CC
Enamel series will be a big money maker for this brand going forward....
