Vacheron Constantin 18k Curvex w/Exploding Numbers
When I look under the loupe, the font looks good so the anomalies on the dial I attribute to warp in the crystal. I will study the dial again and others on this forum to be sure... but for all that I can see, the dial looks correct.
Movement is Adj 5 positions and 15 jewels, numbered 399,6xx and the markings on the case 18k and number 249,1xx

Since so much will depend upon the originality and condition of the piece it will be hard for people to give you an idea of what it is worth without at least a photo. I also recommend that you seek out results from auction houses for comparable pieces...t...
