Cal. 1400 is decent, but that huge spacer is really a turn-off to me... I could stand the small engraved spacer in the original Malte Grande Classic, but not this...

But what a great photo, Bill. I agree with you about the beauty of the movement. Hard to beat. I remain slightly torn about its placement in the 40mm cases. It's a wonderful caliber, and it would be a shame for it to be denied to those like me who gravita...
