In spite of owning a few bracelet watches, I much prefer ones with leather straps and pin buckles. However in Saturday’s UK Financial Times the communist Nick Foulkes wrote:
“I hesitate to make predictions but this looks like it is shaping up to be the year of the bracelet watch. I’m delighted to see that one of the under-appreciated designs of almost 40 years ago is being evoked by Vacheron Constantin – the Overseas has now been revamped and the one to go for is the ultra-slim time-only model in white gold.”
Not only for VC but also for GP with the Laureator special edition.
Is Nick Foulkes's prediction correct for other manufacturers, ignoring Rolex and Omega?
