The thicker bracelets of the previous version have a more exaggerated design and reflect light more interestingly in my opinion. The dials had more character in the older generation as well. The only reason I didn't get one was that 42mm was a little large for me. I've handled both new and old versions a few times and my opinion hasn't changed so far

The previous generation was much nicer. What I don\'t understand is changing the Maltese cross pattern. That\'s the same thing as Rolex on the submariner changing the circle markers on the dial to say rectangles out of the blue. Takes away any history!!
