Ivan, I'm not too sure about the quick change...
capabilities. I haven't even read the information that's came with the watch. Is there an easy way to tell by looking at the lugs/strap(s)?
Unfortunately there is no quick change
My experience is that I have had to remove all 4 of the screws on the lugs so that the bars holding the strap (or bracelet) can be pushed out. It is pretty easy, but it is not quick.
