It is time to get VC's opinion on this, they'll probably want to remove the dial and look for the markings on the bottom. It doesn't seem quite right to me, since the marked jewel could differs from the visual assesment (it appears to have 15 jewels), but that's more than I want to assert from a few photos.

would be the VC itself. I can put you in contact with someone who will be able to help you more definitively. I don't see any red flags that make me think this is not a legitimate VC. Movements at this time were not engraved with their own serial numbers....
