I had the pleasure of seeing this Métiers d’Art beauty from the Masques series at the VC boutique today. This is definitely my favorite series of all Métiers d‘Art. Not one you will see very often.

To me, it is more a contemplation on our faces, heads and personalities, of everything we are hiding beneath these masks. I guess this is the meaning of art, to let everyone have their own thoughts and dreams. Thank you for your comments!

My first visit there. A nice and competent young sales person was kind enough to show me their treasure chest. This piece is not for sale though if I understood correctly.
