Vacheron Constantin

A couple of weeks ago I posted a photo of a pair of Vacheron Constantin Overseas watches sitting side-by-side: I had done so in the context of reviewing the thousands of photos on my hard drive, and in the process I noticed just how few photos I had taken...  

And one day, I will! But, before being able to do this, the only side by side picture features one of my very fav VC, with another great Chrono, the U.N Monopusher: Best, Nicolas...

I'm discovering the VC World, and I'm leraning to fully appreciate their watches. When I am ready, yes, I will go on the Mercator, which is the most evident watch to include in my collection. I'm still thinking about a modern Chronometre Royal, in platinu...

Are the cases identical? This is what I'm talking about when I mentioned I could "make a case for two of the same reference but with a different dial!" Are you still in Michigan? I'll be there in mid-July. I'd love to meet up with you. Bill

It was the Chronometer that went with me to Aconcagua, Bill. Here is a pic as we prepared to leave in darkness, followed by a summit shot in WatchTime magazine that my daughter spotted while on holidays in Australia. Alas, the OS is gone so I'm looking fo...
