I do not buy watches as investments.
Nevertheless situations in life may come up, when you have to part with an expensive watch to raise funds.
But even if you do not, there remains this fact of lower resale values.
I do not think this topic should govern our discussion of watches, but do we have to ban it at all?

From my experience, the resale value is quite low.... Actually much lower than many others, which I find hard to understand on horological merit..... VC is one of the best manufacturers, yet its general public image is much lower that Panerai, foe example...
