The year of the high-end watch
This year it seems like the most interesting pieces across the majority of the brands are to be found among the high-end offerings. With VC, the tourbillons are very interesting pieces with stunning movements. And those Metiers d'Arts pieces are breathtaking.
I am eager to see the Maltes in the metal. The cases look like they will not disappoint when I do. I could almost go for the 100th anniversary piece if it had, perhaps, another movement inside, and preferably a form movement.
Really can't wait to see the Historiques addition later this year.

Vacheron is special....it should set standards....
Lange puts form movements in form cases. Patek does, although not always. Just a compromise that a company (note I don't use the word brand here) of Vacheron's stature and history shouldn't make.

right in "demanding" as I do, from Vacheron Constantin to make form "movements" for form cases.! As you said PP, Lange and don't forget JLC do, Vacheron Constantin for sure CAN and SHOULD...... in my opinion. Kind regards. Francois
