Judging by the look of the watch and the style of both the  bracelet and dial, I would put the date of production closer to 1970. The exact reference number, as well as the serial numbers, could be found if the case back is taken off. With those numbers you could then get the date of production, as well as the ability to check comparable sales at auctions.

Watches of that size and with an integrated bracelet are not strong sellers in the secondary markets at this time. I will send a PM of the range that I think you could realistically get.
