The 6782 is my all-time favorite vintage automatic VC. I owned one briefly but was turned off by the condition and so I quickly sold it. I too hope for some kind of reissue in the Historiques line. For people who would be interested in purchasing one, ple... 

can refer easily prior to their purchase. it will be expensive (for me) to find one in NOS due to the small issuance of 300, or even to find one, so it is how much moderation one can endure before making the decision. As the purists is where i started for... 

I've always admired the look of the 6782. Its also nice to see a comparision photo showing the Rolex Thunderbird/Turn-o-graph. In Rolex form it never did much for me. Maybe its because over the years there have been several rather common Rolex watches wit...
