Yeah! That "VC blue" has returned to my wrist.
I fell in love with that "VC blue" dial at first sight, so I acquired a 4500 in 2022.
IMO, that "blue" is the most beautiful blue in horology. There is nothing quite like it. Maybe others agree.
I had to sell that 4500 to catch a bigger fish, but I always wanted one ever since.
I decided last week to go on the hunt. I found out that in 2023 VC renewed the OS,
creating the 4520. I wondered about the dial color too. Was it the same or different?
Luckily, i was able to compare the 4500 and 4520 side by side at one store.
I discovered that VC out--did themselves, doing the impossible. In other words, they made that blue dial even more stunning.
The 4500 is a trully beautiful watch. I noticed that the dial center is different with a matte finish.
On the other hand, the dial on the 4520 is a "sunburst" pattern. As a result, that blue seems to shimmer and shine
over the entire surface of the dial on the 4520, and it appealed to me more.
The VC OS blue in both versions is brilliant, satisfying happy owners.
Staring at THAT blue dial every day, the honeymoon continues.
