I couldn't fix all the 10 watches in my $40 bag, and here's one of the failures
It's a tiny women's watch. I can't read the dial without a loupe. Heck, I can hardly find the watch on the counter without my magnification:

The movement was immediately diagnosed with a broken balance shaft. And made by Loyal Watch Co.

Here's a photo to show you the scale of two "normal" Seiko 6119 movements and one of them is loaning his balance wheel for comparison

With my out-of-pocket expense of $4 for this watch, I am going no further into it. And it's five o'clock somewhere on a Friday, so my day is finished!
I'm happy with 8 / 10 working.
