Announcing Theme for WS of Friday 24th: “sharing your favorite Go-to watches”

Hello dear friends!

I will have the pleasure to be your host next weekend and the Theme will request our participants to share with us their favorite go-to watches.

Whichever the size of our collections I feel we have one or several timepieces always ready, always favorite to strap on our wrists for certain circumstances. We don’t need to think so much which one to wear. They almost look like they will jump on our wrists!

They are practical, usually low profile. We love them so much.

I will be opening a new post on Friday mid day announcing the opening of our WS edition.

Look forward to an enjoyable an full of awesome entries event!

… like this Longines. Actually it is a modern chrono launched in 2012. It was offered with a white or black dial under the name Longines Heritage 1942. Reference Automatic movement L.688.2 (ETA based) Looks very nice indeed though not an expensive watch....
