Way to many for me, however this was my worst:
"On he Way to Going Broke" my wife and I walked into a Patek AD with her purse full of Dead Presidents. I always wanted a Patek and she was ok with that as long as we could own similar watcghes. Needless to say that Patek just happened to have the latest and greatest in "Ladies and Gents" fine timepieces. Maybe the new Nautilus 3800/001J for me and a 4700/1JA for her? However, for about the same dollars I would recommend this Nautilus 3711/1 or for a few dollars more this very unique 3712/1.
I fell in love the later, but Gretchen insisted on match watches. Needless to say we had a proper burial for a few packs of Dead Presidents and walk out wearing matching Pateks ;-(
Fortunately: Life goes on ;-)

. . . for a 5100 that culminated in a 5085/1A, I was pondering that very same steel Patek. For slightly less outlay, I opted for a second Karrée perpetual instead. No regrets, as my affair with G O perpetuals has never waned. Art

The watch that I miss in my collection is the Reverso. My watchmaker showed me several models and we even discussed the engraving on the backside, but a t the time, about 10 years ago, I felt that the Reverso was to old fashion and bought the Jaeger-LeCou...

to start with i am going to show the watch i most regret letting go even though i had to for financial reasons and divorce the UN Freak there are so many vintage pieces that i have let go that now cost so much that replacing them will be pretty much impos...
