Great theme Abel, I'll play!
For me grail watch by definition is the piece that you do not have and desire the most; as such grails evolve as you acquire those desired watches or taste evolves.
So I'll go with the watch that I currently desire the most, think of it since I tried it on, the gold Speedy!

IMHO every piece I get is a grail. I never knew whether I can get it or not. (due to rarity or specific limited number or other reason). Most of all due to limited budget, I have to always ask myself, is it another true love or just passion and desire.
