Over here in Germany we face the same problem with binge drinking which led to a significant increase of hospital admissions due to seriously intoxicated juveniles, often only in their early teens. One even died and the innkeeper who provided the alcohol ... 

My daughter will be visiting from LA (Mother's Day this weekend in the US) and Mom is taking her to a baseball game in the afternoon sunshine. She will do her drinking with her high school friends in the evenings. Luckily the innkeeper (me) provides car p...
