Nice theme and following the PuristSPro school: I didn't had a clue of what is "persimmon" until I Google the name!
Here this name is "dióspiro" from the Greek dióspuron (food of Zeus) or, more common, "caqui", from the Japanese kaki".
Back to watches, here is my "I don't know" wood holding my X-33 Gen 1 and my Omega Split Seconds.
(Yes, they are on the same second, for sure)
And, since Nicolas is away, my wrist shot of today is ... Quartz!
