Interesting theme ...
Looking to my watches, I notice that I'm very boring in terms of watch cases.
Some that I like.
1) JLC Extreme Lab 2
2) Omega Olympic Official Timekeeper WG
3) Omega Ploprof
4) Seiko Marinemaster (all cases should come with holes).
5) Omega Speedmaster Split Seconds
6) Omega Speedmaster Rattrapante (Speedmaster classic case)
7) Omega De Ville Rattrapante. Love the lugs.

Hard not to fall for the Vintage 94.....
With it's Art Deco case shape and ... High doom plexi! A more well known example from Girard-Perregaux would be the Vintage 1945: HAGWE Blomman ...

Somthing that I forgot to mention...and the JLC compressor case does it perfectly...
A highly functional case that can withstand the elements but makes not look like a "tool watch". Just out of curiosity are you laying down in a hammock for that photo? warmest, Mike
