Of my watches, it would probably be my Panerai PAM195
It has a durable PVD coating and the best thing is it has my name engraved in the solid caseback (for those who aren't Panerai fans, Panerai engraved each PAM195 owner's name into the solid caseback) so that way if no one rescues me in time and my body gets eventually found on the island, at least they will know who I am since my name is on the caseback.

It's certainly the obvious choice if ...
