It is true that the Bloodhound instruments was the inspiration of the original dial and that this new version is an update of the original model.
In any case this dial is fantastic and a very different move to other Rolex dials with its colors and design. It adds some fun and joy to its presence on the wrist.
Now that we "talk" about this watch you inspire me to take it from the vault and give some deserved wrist time. Yes, Autumn and Winter can give some nice light to try some shoots to this great looking watch.

Spring is when I swap out my winter straps for lighter colors with caoutchouc linings. I live in a climate which is sunny, hot and humid so rubber lined straps are the way to go in summer. This one is rubber backed canvas compare to the winter alligator. ...
