Actually, this is the only one from my post which is not mine. My friend who owns it has a number of great vintage pieces. I agree that this VC is particularly attractive in this perfect condition after so many years (but unrestored). The case shape is sexy and the watch has a great sucess each time I show a pic here smile

For some reason, the bezel is a very special component on a watch for me. The interface between the bezel and crystal, the decorative elements, and the thickness....it either makes or breaks the purchasing decision for me. Here are two watches with unique...

With it's Art Deco case shape and ... High doom plexi! A more well known example from Girard-Perregaux would be the Vintage 1945: HAGWE Blomman ...

I could stare at your photo for hours...imagine what would happen if I actually owned that watch...nothing would get done in the office I know the theme is watchcases...which the DB has a very unqiue one but that dial!!! Best, Mike
