I've always thought of them as elegant watches, they're fairly small by current standards (36 mm I think) but it does wear larger due to the thin bezel. Also like the fact that even though it has a power reserve and date its still manages to have an unfussy dial.
It was just a service - as had it far too long without one.

It arrived yesterday morning
Impressions thus far - it feels big - like a 37 or 38 rather a 34 mm width, it makes a pleasing thud when I move and it has a strongly defined appearance - probably the effect of the wide lugs. It is holding time well too, not always to be taken for grant...
