The enamel dials are just so cool to play with under light - and Seiko has certainly democratized this particular pleasure. Is the chrono an MoD issued piece?

I purchased it some twenty years ago from a friend as NOS
I was told it was a 1950s production for a NATO airforce,possibly Italian, but ultimately never looked good to me,so i've enjoyed it since. best henry
