horologically i think i've had a good year. i have consolidated by selling off some of my more modern pieces and aquiring some rather nice vintage 64 pieces. there are just the highlights. a 1964 Breitling 806 Navitimer the first 1000m dive watch produced...  

is in amazing shape, as are the rest of those beauties. I think I hear Beatles music! Best to all, Tim

i've never actually liked most of the beatles stuff so the fact that they split up in 1964 is also ironic. my parents werent music people so i didnt get to listen to anything until i got my first radio. i've been playing catch up ever since :) G On 29 Dec...

oh lord nilo, i have actually aquired some non 64's this year. a Laco B-Uhr re edition, a 1971 cal 751 seamaster chronometer, a seiko 7016 monaco which i'm still waiting for and finally a meistersinger which big daddy effectively borrowed for 3 years. i d...

As a PAM 210 joined the ranks, and then, from left field, two vintage GP's. One a gift from the missus, whose grandfather used to own it, and the other a vintage Deep Diver. Happy New Year, everybody! Hopefully next year I can be more active on the forums...

It means a lot coming from you! It was thanks to luck and coincidence that I found this one, which was sold to me by the son of the original owner. It was in rough shape when I received it, but in a few weeks I should be getting it back from a trip to GP ... 

I sent it back to the manufacture for service and once I get it back I plan in making a review of it for your indulgence. Enjoy the year´s end festivities and Happy 2013! Cheers, Alex

Take the example of the Reverso Red... It won't cost you an arm and it will bring you a lot of pleasure. I would be happy if I can find and fund three or four of the watches in my wish list... To be honest, I already found them... I just have to fund them... 

I can tell when you like something and when you fall for something...isn t that great?when you have a well set wish list and then,bang!a new one jumps right on top! That is a watch to behold and to tell you the truth I am thinking of it a lot. I would lov... 

Something tells me that the Red Reverso will soon be discontinued, and not replaced, nor changed. Best, Nicolas.
