Yes, this is the Settimania Jr, an early Ochs und Junior
The dot is a day of the week indicator, so it should be on 5 for Friday (if Monday is one). Perhaps a bit like the Smileday Silberstein watches. This uses an ETA with Ludwig module. 
It moves one numeral/space per day but then rushes up a slot from 7-12 in about 2 hours on the 7th evening.
Titanium case machined from a Chunk of metal with integral lugs and screwed on back. It came with an orange rubber 22mm strap identical to the MIH strap, but I put it on a stretchy nylon strap which I think I took from a Swatch.
